Introduction

Crosense keeps its design team aligned through a consistent internal workshop practice. Held every month to ensures the team stays learning, growing, and in tune with evolving industry trends.

Focus on Internal Growth

This monthly knowledge-sharing practice is built around one core idea: growth through peer learning.

Every month, designers take turns leading a sharing session based on their own experience. The content is practical, coming directly from real project work or personal exploration.Unlike formal training sessions, this initiative is not top-down. Instead, it creates space for designers to share knowledge naturally, based on what they have explored, tested, or learned in real situations.

Topic typically including but not limited to:

  • New AI tools
  • Copywriting guidelines
  • UI design consistency
  • Social media content direction
  • Visual improvement techniques

          Learning From Each Other

The structure is intentionally simple: learn, share, apply.

Each session adds to a shared pool of team knowledge. Designers learn from real cases—what worked, what didn’t, and how specific challenges were handled in actual projects.

This keeps learning grounded in reality, not theory, and ensures insights are immediately relevant to ongoing work.

Over time, these shared sessions help the team stay aligned in approach while still allowing room for individual exploration and experimentation.

“We ensure we are always moving at the front of the industry, not catching up to it.”

          Building a Stronger Design Team

Beyond knowledge sharing, this monthly practice has shaped how the team works together.

It strengthens collaboration, improves consistency in design quality, and ensures every designer has a space to learn, contribute, and continuously improve.

This is not just a process—it is part of the culture at Crosense.
