The challenge

Maybank places great emphasis on driving positive change and sustainable development, and improving the banking experience for its customers is an essential part of this effort. In pursuit of this goal, there was a need to enhance the functionality, aesthetics, and design of its banking services. Maybank entrusted Crosense with a project that aims to help Maybank Malaysia to create a brand new and improved app and wewebsite.

The Solution

For Maybank Malaysia, Crosense designed a user-centric CIB (Corporate Internet Banking) based platform, which included both new and redesigned functionalities. The redesigned features included Moratorium banking services, application onboarding screens, and a redesign of the Maybank EtiQa service, among others.
