Senior Visual Designer

We’re seeking an experienced and creative Senior Visual Designer to lead the visual identity and design direction of our projects. Join our team to craft compelling designs that seamlessly blend functionality with aesthetics across various mediums.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the visual design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Develop high-quality visual designs, encompassing logos, illustrations, icons, and marketing materials, while actively contribute to UIUX projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate concepts into visually appealing and effective design solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their growth and maintaining design standards.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of design deliverables across all touchpoints.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design processes and outputs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Visual Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing visual design expertise.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop or similar tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Strong understanding of creative concepts and visual principles.
• Leadership experience mentoring junior team members.
• Fluency in English preferred to design content for diverse language requirements.
• 3-5 years of experience as a visual designer or in a related industry are needed.
