Maybank is committed to driving positive change and improving the banking experience for its customers. To support this goal, Crosense was entrusted to redesign and enhance Maybank Malaysia’s app and website with better functionality, usability, and design.

The Approach

We designed a user-centric CIB (Corporate Internet Banking) platform, introducing new features and refining key services such as Moratorium banking, onboarding flows, and the Maybank EtiQa experience.
