Introduction

SIDEC KLCC 2025 marked another important chapter for Crosense — not only as a UI/UX design agency, but as a team beginning to define its presence within Malaysia’s growing digital and innovation ecosystem.

After their first public exhibition experience in 2024, the team returned with a clearer vision, stronger direction, and a deeper understanding of how design can engage people beyond screens and interfaces.

Held under SIDEC — a Selangor state government-linked agency supporting startups, SMEs, digital transformation, AI, and emerging technologies — the event once again gathered innovators, founders, investors, and technology-driven businesses under one platform.

For Crosense, SIDEC KLCC 2025 was not simply about showcasing services.

It became an opportunity to continue shaping the conversation around UI/UX design in a more open, accessible, and human way.

Evolving Beyond Traditional Design Presentation

Compared to the previous year, the team approached the 2025 exhibition with a more refined perspective.

Instead of only introducing UI/UX as a service, Crosense focused on communicating how design thinking connects business goals, user behaviour, digital systems, and long-term product experiences.

The booth experience was designed to feel more interactive, thoughtful, and approachable — allowing visitors to engage with design concepts through conversation, observation, and real examples rather than technical explanations alone.

This shift reflected a growing belief within the team:

Good design is not only something users see.
It is something people understand, feel, and experience.

A Stronger Presence Built Internally

As with the previous year, the entire booth concept and execution were handled internally by the Crosense team.

From spatial planning and visual direction to messaging and presentation flow, every element was carefully considered to reflect the agency’s evolving identity.

The space became more than a booth — it became a representation of how Crosense approaches design itself:
clear thinking, intentional structure, and meaningful interaction.

Throughout the event, the booth attracted visitors from different industries, including startup founders, business owners, corporate representatives, and public sector stakeholders.

The experience also gave the team greater confidence in handling public engagement, media visibility, and real-time conversations around digital product design.

Real Conversations, Real Feedback

SIDEC KLCC 2025 also served as an important learning environment.

Through direct interaction with visitors, the team continued exploring how different audiences perceive UI/UX design — what businesses expect from digital products, what users struggle with, and where communication gaps still exist between technology and human experience.

Rather than treating the exhibition as a one-way showcase, Crosense approached it as an ongoing dialogue.

The event created opportunities to exchange ideas, validate perspectives, and better understand how design can create impact across different industries and user groups.

A Continuing Direction

More importantly, SIDEC KLCC 2025 reinforced something the team had already started discovering the year before:

Design should not remain hidden behind project files, internal discussions, or closed meeting rooms.

It can exist publicly.
It can invite questions.
It can create conversations.
And it can help people understand technology in a more meaningful and human-centered way.

As Crosense continues to grow, experiences like SIDEC KLCC 2025 represent more than exhibitions or business opportunities.

They represent the agency’s ongoing direction —
to become an open, thoughtful, and forward-looking UI/UX design agency that actively engages with the world beyond the screen.
