Apart from M2U web & app platform, Maybank Malaysia has another app called MAE. The featured-packed app covers everything from banking to ewallet features; a stark difference to M2U app.


At the end of 2022, Maybank Malaysia introduced a new campaign called Tap Track Win. Crosense has been tasked with visual designing and developing the interface for the campaign.

Moving into 2023, as the M2U app gradually took a back seat to MAE, Crosense continued to provide visual design support for the campaign’s seasonal events throughout the year, including Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Aidilfitri, and Deepavali. Our collaboration deepened as we actively witness and contribute to Maybank’s brand revamp.

Challenge

The aim is to promote MAE app downloads and transactions among MAE customers, M2U app users, and non-Maybank clients. Transactions via MAE or M2U online offer opportunities for consumers to win rewards, with the app conveniently tracking their chances.

Solution

Crosense enhances Maybank's digital platform with compelling visuals and interactive design, Our UI/UX enhancements amplify platform awareness for both existing MAE users and non-MAE customers within the Maybank app.
