Leshine is leading the way in automotive services as Malaysia’s first fully automated, cashless car wash center. The service enables customers to book car washes and make payments entirely through a dedicated mobile app, offering a modern, hassle-free experience that eliminates the need for physical transactions.
As consumer preferences shift towards digital solutions, Leshine aims to meet these expectations by providing a seamless and efficient car wash experience. The app we designed plays a pivotal role in this vision, reflecting the company’s commitment to convenience and cutting-edge technology.
Challenge
The goal of the project was to design a user-friendly mobile app that would serve as the cornerstone of Leshine’s automated car wash service. The challenge lay in creating an intuitive interface that would simplify the booking process, integrate cashless payments, and engage users, all while staying true to Leshine’s brand identity.
Solution
We designed the Leshine app with a focus on usability and simplicity. The app allows users to easily schedule car washes, make cashless payments, and receive real-time updates on their service. Additionally, we integrated a loyalty program to enhance customer retention. The design emphasizes a clean and modern aesthetic, ensuring that users have a seamless and enjoyable experience every time they use the app.
