Apart from M2U web & app platform, Maybank Malaysia has another app called MAE. The featured-packed app covers everything from banking to ewallet features; a stark difference to M2U app.

At the end of 2022, Maybank Malaysia introduced a new campaign called Tap Track Win. Crosense has been tasked with visual designing and developing the interface for the campaign.

Challenge

In order to increase adoption of MAE app among Maybank customers, they decided to incentivize the user should they download the MAE app and perform banking transactions through it.

They wanted something that entices & hooks users to use it daily. And here comes the challenge, how do we make banking fun?

Solution

Under Tap, Track & Win program, we gamify the whole banking experience. We incentivize banking users every time they use a banking product, and keeps track of their program.

To spice things up on the festive seasons, we also created design assets and concepts that fits the overall festival themes.
