MOTORLOAN allows users to browse motorcycles, apply for motorcycle loans, and make repayments online. The project comprises the MOTORLOAN.MY website and its loan repayment app, forming a digital ecosystem that encompasses all of MOTORLOAN’s online touchpoints.
As consumers increasingly migrate online, they expect seamless, intuitive, and personalized digital experiences. The enhanced MOTORLOAN platform is designed to meet these demands, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Challenge
The objective of the project was to develop an online loan platform for MOTORLOAN. Focusing on motorcycle credit services, the platform should provide seamless application flow for motorcycle loans.
Solution
We designed the MOTORLOAN.MY website and upgraded the loan repayment app. Users can browse motorcycles, apply for loans online, and repay monthly via the app after picking up their motorcycles in person. Furthermore, we maintained the flexible offline services. MOTORLOAN.MY website not only shows motorcycles for loan applications but also lists partner store locations for in-store purchases and financing.
